Points of Light and AT&T partnered to create an online Social Impact Guide to serve as an actionable primer with tools, strategies and resources for community engagement practitioners and purpose-driven professionals. We have condensed years of research and CSR best practices from The Civic 50 into this easy-to-use online guide to assess, improve and scale your social impact and community engagement programs. The Guide is based on Points of Light’s Impact Framework that will help you think more strategically and holistically about your programs and create a roadmap for putting your ideas into action.

Within each section, we highlight the community and business benefits, breakdown concepts into tools strategies, provide thought-starters to jumpstart your planning, and list additional resources for further learning.
