FEBRUARY 17, 2023| CONFERENCE ON STANDARDIZED CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORTING 

The catalyst for this conference is the SEC’s March 21, 2022, proposal for mandatory climate reporting. The one-day conference will bring together sixteen leading corporate law scholars to evaluate the SEC’s proposal and consider its worldwide implications. They will employ a problem-solving-by-discussion method instead of the usual paper-presentation method.
